Dr. Wilder's practice now involves the full spectrum of cosmetic surgery, with a special emphasis on breast surgery, having trained with Dr. Thomas Cronin, the inventor of the breast implant. However, his training and personal interests keep him actively involved in breast reconstruction and cleft lip and palate surgery.
