Practice Philosophy

Cosmetic consultations are offered to all patients interested in cosmetic surgery. This consultation is an extensive visit which is designed to answer all of your questions and leave you with a good understanding of the cosmetic procedure you are considering. Cosmetic consultations are designed as an educational tool for the patient and are not intended to persuade or convince them to schedule surgery.

Dr. Horner is a board certified plastic surgeon. She has been trained to perform all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including full body cosmetic surgery. Common procedures performed by Dr. Horner are:

Consultation

During the initial consultation you will meet with Dr. Horner for a complete evaluation and discussion of the desired cosmetic goal. After examination, the doctor will discuss which types of surgery would be beneficial, how those surgeries are performed, risks and complications associated with the surgery, and the expected recovery process. You will be able to ask any questions and view before and after photos of actual patients. After meeting with the doctor, you will be given an outline of the cost of surgery, as well as informational material to take home. Upon request, we can give the names and phone numbers of patients who have undergone the same type of surgery you are considering. Cosmetic consultation fees range from $35.00 to $55.00

Payment Options

Cosmetic procedures can be paid with cash, check, Visa/MasterCard or through a national finance company designed for cosmetic surgery patients. Some insurance plans are accepted for procedures of a reconstructive nature.

Biomedic skin care products and facials are available in the office.
