Consultation
This is, perhaps, your most important step in making a decision to have surgery. Dr. Bolitho will meet with you to discuss your goals, desires and expectations and address any questions or concerns you may have. He will offer you realistic recommendations and present you with options based on the information you provide. The goal of this initial consultation is to provide you with a clear understanding of what can be achieved as a result of your procedure.
Payment Options
In most cases, aesthetic surgery is considered elective and generally is not covered by medical insurance. On the other hand, reconstructive surgery may be covered. You are fully responsible for fees associated with aesthetic surgery.
When insurance covers your procedure, Dr. Bolitho’s staff will obtain pre-authorizations prior to surgery. Should your procedure fall into that grey area between aesthetic and reconstructive, our staff will assist in resolving the issue with your insurance company until a resolution is reached.
If you need financial assistance, there are a few services we recommend:
Cosmetic Fee
Surgery Loans
