Dr. Branfman established The Victoria Plastic Surgery Center in 1991 to introduce Plastic Surgery to a large region of Texas, previously deprived of this specialty. During his first "decade of dedication" to his patients and community, a vast expansion of the community he serves has been observed. "Our Patients now frequently include out of town guests from Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. "What do these Big Cities have to offer that Victoria lacks?
