Practice Philosophy

Dr. Lachica is dedicated to achieving excellence in aesthetic plastic surgery using the most advanced techniques. As procedures constantly evolve, Dr. Lachica incorporates into his practice those which are proven to be safe, effective, and predictable. Dr. Lachica realizes that proper patient selection leads to the best results and the highest level of satisfaction. This can be only be achieved through a thoughtful preoperative discussion of realistic surgical goals and expectations. Procedures are always individualized to each patient’s particular aesthetic needs.

Practice Specialization

Dr. Lachica specializes in all aspects of aesthetic plastic surgery, including breast lift, breast augmentation, simultaneous augmentation- breast lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction, facial rejuvenation, and post-bariatric body contouring. Dr. Lachica’s expertise in cosmetic breast surgery and silicone gel implantation has its foundations from a large experience in autologous breast reconstruction, such as the microvascular “free” TRAM procedure.
